I can toggle "Selection Modes, Object Grouping" on by checking the box and save my file.  When I close AutoCAD 2012 and come back in Object Grouping is turned off again, even if I pull up the same drawing.  I can't seem to find a lisp function or command to turn this on.  Seems that my only option is to go back to the options each time and turn it on.
